Dear drama,

You come back every time you want to.

Now matter how hard I try,

I simply can’t resist you.

You take away my ability to feel joy.

You keep me small,

Play with me like I am a toy.

To change my life, I have to become free.

I have to let go of you,

Just letting you leave.

Don’t resist old patterns

That stuck inside of me.

Instead getting aware of it

And set them free.

And over time I can finally be,

A human being that’s living a life of love and inner peace.
