DAY 53
Dear addictive energy,
you were the main reason why I started this journey.
You showed me something that changed my life forever.
With your determination to have this one thing right away, you set it all in motion.
Because exactly what you want is not good for me at the moment.
I could neither deal with it nor appreciate it as much as it deserves.
And because I’ve shown you more than once that what you want isn’t possible, you’ve tormented me with hours of obsessive thoughts about it.
You almost drove me crazy and I doubted my sanity and especially my feelings.
But thanks to Papa, I found my mentor Kurt, who explained to me why all this is happening to me.
And through his knowledge, his clear words and very special techniques, I am now learning step by step to control this addictive energy within me.
And all this while I don’t even know whether what my mind desires so much is really meant for me and whether I will ever have it.
And yet, strangely enough, I am grateful for this experience, because now I have taken a path that makes me feel so much more joy and connection with my soul.
Only through you do I finally know that I’m not broken, that I don’t have to achieve anything, I just have to remember to truly be me.
And that’s what I focus on every day, being.
Thank you, my guides and all the light beings, around me, for your help in this process.
