Dear self-love,

I struggle and struggle

To completely accept

That there was always the love inside of me

Something that I forget.

But know I can feel it

Let it sink indeed

Discover my own uniqueness

And that there is light in me.

All these years of sorrow and pain

Although I just had to understand and claim

My power to love myself so deep

To change my beliefs

and to stop the hate for me.

As long as I am not love myself

No other person will reflect my worth.

Thank you, my guides and all the light beings, around me, for your support in this process.
