DAY 97

Dear being,

all my life I was convinced, that I had to be in a certain way, that I have to reach certain goals and that I am responsible of other people.

And because of this I felt so much pressure, stress and fears to not being able to fulfill these expectations.

It stole my ability to feel happiness or joy and gave me hours of sick making thought carousels that held me captive in a state of frustration and anger.

But now that I found the freeing power of the present moment, I can see my life from a completely different perspective.

I know that I am complete.

I know that I don’t have to change in any way.

I know that I am always loved.

I know that I have nothing to achieve.

I know that I have nothing to reach.

I know that I am always connected with my soul.

I know that I am always connected with the ultimate source.

I know that I am connected with everything in the universe.

I know that I will always be a part of Papa and that he will always be a part of me.

I know that I only have to be.

I know that I only have to remember my own truth.

Thank you, my guides and all the light beings, around me, for your support in this process.

Thank you, Papa, for your unconditional love and for these opportunities, I love you.
