DAY 86
Dear light inside my body,
every single moment I learn to feel you more inside me.
You are the connection of my body with my soul and therefore with the ultimate source.
And even though it was difficult for me to feel you at first and my mind is still constantly getting in the way, I can still perceive you more and more.
This pure energy that flows through me and gives me an awareness of the matter of my body.
This wonderful energy that fills me and moves through me like a wave, taking me even deeper into my essence.
You are what makes me feel the present moment more and more and through this my thoughts become quieter and quieter.
I am moving away from concentrating on my past and the abnormal fixation on the future.
Through the light in me, I can accept what is happening right now, recognize its wonderful moments and feel myself in my whole presence.
And how incredibly good that feels.
No worries, no fears, no doubts, and no feeling of lack, just gratitude for the moment.
And thankfulness for the people who accompany me on this path.
Thank you, my guides and all the light beings, around me, for your support in this process.
