Dear sorrow,

My pain body is driving me insane.

Every time when I think I am good

The pain comes back again.

I deal with my doubt

Try to open my heart

But I still don’t know how

I can fully step into trust.

How to let go of control

And follow my souls love.

I know this is the way it should be.

But I am still struggling to feel it with my heart.
