Dear fear,

You are in me.

You let me feel clear

That I am not allowed to be here.

I listen to you,

Let me guide through the pain.

But whatever I do

You still remain.

So, I have to learn

Not to listen to you.

Because you are not the answer,

You are not what is true.

You fill me with doubt,

You make the pain stay.

But this is not the truth,

This is not what we should gain.
